Magazines
Please contact our customer care team on this page with your order number (it looks like “BOOK-############” and was included in your confirmation email) and email address used for the purchase. You’ll receive a prorated refund based on how much time is left in your subscription. The magazines you’ve received so far are yours and don’t need to be returned to us.
eBooks and Audiobooks
Digital content can be returned within two weeks of the purchase date, as long as you’ve read less than 10% of the book. Please contact our customer care team on this page with your order number (it looks like “BOOK-############” and was included in your confirmation email) and email address used for the purchase for a full refund.
Physical Books
Returns of unwanted products will be accepted for two weeks after the delivery date in their original unopened and undamaged condition. Pack your order into the original box or another appropriately sized box and make sure the contents can’t move around. Write your order number prominently on the box (it looks like “BOOK-############” and was included in your confirmation email) and mail it to the following address. The customer is responsible for return shipping:

When your order is received, we’ll initiate a refund for the purchase price of the products returned. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 days. To cover your return shipping costs, we’ll also refund the initial shipping charge.
